Since the Špilberk Festival concerts are held in the open air, we would like to inform you about the Organiser’s Rules in case of bad weather.
. the concert is not cancelled in advance even in case of negative weather forecast, the decision to cancel the concert is made at the time of the scheduled start (20:00) at the earliest
. if it is raining at the time of the start of the concert, the organiser reserves the right to postpone the start of the concert
. the concert may also start in bad weather (e.g. rain), and if this is accepted by the performers
. the organiser reserves the right not to provide seats
CANCELLATION OF THE CONCERT
. if the concert is cancelled before the halfway point (i.e. the start of the interval or the halfway point of the concert in the case of an evening without an interval), a refund of the admission fee is due
. refunds are possible only from the day after the day on which the concert was cancelled, and only at the place where the ticket was purchased, detailed information on the website and in the Filharmonie Brno pre-sale
. if the concert is cancelled after the halfway point, there is no right to a refund
RECOMMENDATIONS
. hot summer days may be followed by cool summer evenings, so it is advisable to wear warm clothes and suitable footwear
. it is not possible to use umbrellas during the concert as they limit visibility, for this reason we recommend bringing a waterproof jacket or raincoat, raincoats are also available for purchase on site for 30 CZK, we recommend paying in cash, due to the weak signal in the venue the payment terminals do not work.
